Anatomy Of A Liawyer

There is nothing more pathologically dishonest, morally bankrupt, and ethically corrupt, than ordering someone to prison just because they violated the law - but then completely ignoring someone else who violated the law and honestly admitted it in a court filing.

In my case - I violated Federal Law(TM) and the terms of my supervised release. I notified the US Attorney - no response. I filed a copy of that letter with the court - and Judge Rosanna Malouf Peterson not only deflected my violation of the law by rephrasing it as "violating the rules" - she created the most schizophrenic justification for not ending the terms of my supervised release. This was on top of literally viewing evidence that the US Attorney's Office and US Department of Justice were not going to answer honest questions about the nature of evidence in their possession. They only reason they won't answer is because if they do - it would prove everything they said about me in court was a lie.

There is not much more I can even say about these people, except that it is how they routinely conduct themselves. Just check out the case of Daniel Smith and you'll recognize the pattern.

I guess since all the Spokane media I contacted to bring attention to this matter have blown me off - that is a tacit endorsement of this unjust sociopathic behavior from all of them. No wonder it continues to fester. I've brought conduct like this to the attention of the American Psychological Association - but apparently they endorse sociopaths as perfectly normal, because I haven't seen one involuntary detainment.
