One time I am watching a noon time show and somebody caught my curiosity by saying the ”Languages of Love”. I wasn’t aware about it as all I know I can express my love the way I wanted to.

According to Dr. Gary Chapman , we do have five universal languages which we can express and interpret love towards our partner or someone that we are affectionate with. After a 30 years observance on how somebody interact and expresses one’s feeling we can be categorize into 5 ways.

Let's Begin:

1. Words of Affirmation

By hearing the first category you might have some ideas that were included here. For those people who prefer to say how much they love his/her partner falls on this concept. Saying “I Love You” was the best word we can hear from our love one’s.

2. Quality Time

Are you one of those people who does not say much but put their heart by spending quality time towards their love ones? Those memories that you build that you surely treasure and give you a best feeling once reminisce.

3. Receiving Gifts

Next thing was by giving presents. These doesn’t mean only by being materialistic but preparing and putting your heart and being thoughtful on every present that you give to your love ones.

4. Act of Service

Some people were interpreting their love by actions. Showing their partner how much they care by lending their hands when in need. They’ve wanted to be appreciated by the service that they made.

5. Physical Touch

This kind of person expresses their love by physical contact but doesn’t mean only through bed. Some physical contact that was taking was kissing and holding hands.

By stating all this, I am sure by know you might think on which category you fall from 1 to 5. On the other hand, it doesn't mean on which category we may be but on how we express our love to our partners and love ones. We make sure that we put our heart on everything that we do when it best appreciated.
