Afternoon - Most people take the time in the afternoon for positife such as sports, playing soccer, traveling with family or with new boyfriend, we can use the time for day meditation for reflection because in the afternoon it is perfect to contemplate something let alone accompanied by a cup of warm tea and a few snaks and a gentle breeze and see the sun being set on the western horizon.
