Mt. Apo Series - #3 Descending

Whenever I reach the peak of a mountain, it's always a mixture of feelings and emotions. For me, the feeling of accomplishment and triumph always go first. After hours or days of assault, you have finally reached you destination.

At the white sands of Mt. Apo as we descend to the boulder section.

But upon reaching the peak, there is also the certainty that there is no other way now but down. For me, i dread the descents. It batters the knees and ankles for sure. The descend also means that the short getaway is about to end and you will be back to reality of 9-5.

Well, we just have to enjoy the journey while it last. Savor all the knee pains and take on all of the outdoors. Take as much pictures as we can.
