My team of the season until now:
Marc Andre ter-Stegen
Has been absolute phenomenal an world class for this team, saving them a lot of times with some amazing saves
Álvaro Odriozola
A huge year and season for the promising right back who has been great, and is now being looked on by clubs like Real Madrid, and has also got his debut for the national team this season. One of my absolute favorites in this league.
Raphael Varane
In a very disappointing season for Real Madrid, Varane has been one of the players you can trust. Has been good and is becoming a top top player for sure.
Samuel Umtiti
Until his injury he was absolutely superb and the best centre back in the league. Hopefully he is now soon back for the team, and will continue his great form then I would guess.
Jordi Alba
Neymar is gone, but Jordi Alba is now running down the flank showing great chemistry with Messi and having six assists for a left back is great.
Dani Parejo
In this lovely Valencia-team, Parejo has been a leader and showed how important he is. If his nationality was another, he would have had around 50-100 matches for the national team.
Sergio Busquets
Has been solid the whole season, but players like Lobotka, Rodrigo Hernández and Fabián Ruiz was very close taking this spot
Andres Iniesta
Don Andres has shown how much class he has, and how good he is. One of the greatest ever I would say.
Lionel Messi
Nothing to say really. The best in the world, and the best ever.
Iago Aspas
11 goals and has been so so good for the Celta-team. Great performances against Barcelona and Real Madrid, and Iago Aspas is a world class player without a doubt for me.
Gonçalo Guedes
What a season! He will be a world class-winger without a doubt, and he also is. The best Portuguese in the league this season, and has been key for the team.
Many players would have deserved to be in this team, and Jan Oblak, Djené Dakonam, Lobotka, Pione Sisto and Simone Zaza was really close being in. The problem is just a league with so many good players, and you have to be at your top almost every game.
Best coaches for me this season:
Ernesto Valverde, Pablo Machín and Marcelino.
This was my view on the first part of the season, and if you like La Liga I hope you liked it, and that you will continue to follow this great league in the second half of the season. Can Málaga save their place with a new manager? Can Atleti do the impossible again, and will Cristiano score 10+-goals? Vamos a ver!

Looks like a solid team! I just have a problem with Busquets. He's not a bad player at all, but can't stand his diving and stuff...
Yeah many have a bad relationship because of his diving, but I think Busquets has improved in that part, and that he is not longer the ugly person many connects him with.
That's true, but for me its hard to remove that image of him. He is a really talented player though 😊
