I took the liberty has identified the 12 most beautiful, interesting, unique and the most photographed lake on our planet...

Crater Lake — located in the National Park, and crater Lake, Oregon in the Western United States. This volcanic lake is striking in its beauty, also is the deepest lake in the United States (594 m). The fame of this lake brought his amazing bright blue water and inspiring peace around them.

Lake Bled is one of the most beautiful lakes in Europe, located in the Slovenian region of Carniola. This lake is of tectonic origin: after the end of the Ice age, the glacier deepened the natural tectonic hollow, giving it exists to this day form. The pool was filled with water, resulting in and there was lake Bled. 

The main attraction of lake Bled is an island located in the Western part.

Pangong Tso is a closed lake located in the Himalayas in India and China (60%) at an altitude of 4350 meters above sea level. It is 134 km long and 5 km wide at its widest point. Despite the salinity of the waters of this lake in the winter it completely freezes. 

Pangong-TSO is famous for its beautiful views of the mountains of Tibet and the Chang-La pass.

Laguna Verde — the name of this lake, located in the mountains, at the foot of the volcano Linnebur, in the southwest of Bolivia is derived from the Spanish Laguna Verde. Verde means "green". Located at 4,300 meters above sea level, the lake really has a green tint. The color of water gave a high concentration of copper.

Laguna Colorada is another coloured lake, whose name translates as "red lake". Red color of the lake was due to the presence of dissolved borax in water, formed by the deposits of algae. This is a shallow salt lake located on the North of the desert of the Altiplano, in Bolivia. 

Laguna Colorado is a favorite habitat for colonies of pink flamingos. Here inhabited by a large population of these birds. In the dry season the lake dries up, leaving only a fancy covered with brown, red island.

Baikal is the deepest lake on the planet, which is a deep chasm (maximum depth is 1637 meters) filled with water. The lake is located in the southern part of Eastern Siberia. 

Baikal is also the largest natural reservoir of fresh water, which accounted for over 20% of the world reserves of superficial fresh waters. 

And most importantly, the Baikal is one of the most beautiful lakes in the world.

Band-e Amir is a series of six turquoise lakes, located at an altitude of 3 km above sea level in the Hindu Kush mountains, Afghanistan. Lake the Band-Haibat is the deepest. The average depth of the reservoir is of retaliation in 150 metres. The lake is surrounded by cliffs of tufa, enriching water of these lakes carbon dioxide, which gives the Band-Amir bright blue color. 

Since 2008, the territory of the Gang-Amir declared as a National Park of Afghanistan.

Peyto Lake is the glacier-fed lake in the Canadian Rocky mountains in Canada. Is part of Banff national Park. Peyto lake famous for its clear pale blue waters and gorgeous scenery, is therefore one of the main natural attractions of the country.

 
  Salar de Uyuni — dried salt lake, located in the South of the desert plains of the Altiplano, in Bolivia. The area of this natural mirror 10 582 km2, and is one of the largest salt flats in the world. Closer to the center of the lake the thickness of the deposits is 10 meters. According to estimates it contains more than 10 billion tons of salt. 

During heavy rains, when Salar de Uyuni is covered with water, the surface of the lake turns into a real mirror.

Plitvice Lakes — a chain of 16 large and many small cascading lakes, which lie in an area of 217 hectares in the eponymous national Park in Croatia. 

This is one of the few places on earth where every year produces new waterfalls. Fallen into the water leaves and branches of trees covered with kaltsefily (Cretaceous plants), which, wilt, turn to stone and form solid deposits spanning the river. Water slowly erodes and forms new waterfalls. 

The color of the water in the Plitvice lakes varies depending on the concentration of micro-organisms, minerals and the angle of incidence of sunlight.

Lake Garda is the largest lake in Italy, located near the southern foot of the Alps. Lake Garda is an endless number of magnificent landscapes: mountain peaks with snow caps, hot springs, palm trees, olive, orange and lemon groves. On the southern shore of the lake there are towns with houses with terracotta roofs and quiet pebble beaches. North, long and narrow part of the lake resembles a Norwegian fjord due to the high ridges flanking it.

Hamilton Pool is an underground lake in the state of Texas as a result of collapse of the limestone dome of an underground river. Now it is deep in the soil of the lake surrounded by caves, the edges of which in heavy rains pours a waterfall. Water underground rivers that feed the lake Hamilton Pool, fall into the river flowing near Pedernales. Since the lake is in a nature reserve, to get to it on foot. Swimming in the lake is limited, however, as a visit to the natural Park, which is open only until 17 hours.
