Fireworks are particularly frightening for dogs because they hear four times the distance from the man and hear more acute sounds in the frequency range of 67 to 45,000 Hz.
So, whether you're watching a fireworks display with your family or friends or staying at home, it's important to ensure good housekeeping.

Fortunately, RSPCA says there are many simple steps to keep your pets from carrying fireworks. The sooner you are ready, the more noise you will be able to handle.
