KRI Banda Aceh (BAC-593) adalah salah satu jenis kapal Kapal Perang Republik Indonesia bertipe Landing Platform Dock yang pembuatannya dilakukan PT PAL di Surabaya dan mulai beroperasi Maret 2011. Kapal ini memiliki kapasitas angkut total sebanyak 344 personel, tiga unit helikopter jenis Mi-2/Bel 412 di deck dan dua di hangar, dua unit LCVP, tiga unit howitzer dan 21 tank.
Kapal ini memiliki panjang 125 m dan bobot 7.300 ton dengan kecepatan maksimum 15 knots( 28km/h).
