بيونغ يانغ تستمر في استفزازاتها - Pyongyang continues its provocations

President Moon: The situation may come to an uncontrollable extent if Pyongyang does not stop its provocations:
Vladivostok, September 6 (Yonhap)--President Mun Jie, who is on a visit to Russia, held bilateral talks with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin on Wednesday in the Russian city of Vladivostok.
The bilateral talks began at 1:30 p.m. and turned into expanded talks within 3:00 p.m. the same day.
The South Korean and Russian Presidents exchanged views on countermeasures against North Korea's provocations such as the sixth nuclear test and the launch intercontinental ballistic missiles, expanded exchanges of visits by senior officials between the two countries and ways to strengthen economic cooperation between the two parties.
"I welcome President Moon's visit to Russia, and I am pleased to meet him after a telephone call recently, to discuss issues that we are concerned, above all, by North Korea's nuclear and missile issues and the cross-cutting issue of concern to the two countries.
It was noted that the trade volume between the two countries declined by 16 percent last year, but increased by about 50 percent in the first six months, hoping to expand cooperation.
In turn, President Moon explained that he believed South Korea was the best partner in the development of the Far East region, saying that the region the Far East will be a forward-rule leading prosperity and peace in the region if South Korea and Russia cooperate well.
Moon expressed his desire to promote and develop bilateral relations between South Korea and Russia to be more developed during his mandate, adding that in this regard, he places great hopes on today's talks.
He said that the repeated provocations of North Korea make the international political situation dangerous, and he believes that the situation may come to an uncontrollable extent if Pyongyang does not stop its provocations.
He stressed that he wanted to find a fundamental solution together to prevent North Korean provocations and settle the nuclear issue.

السيطرة عليه إذا لم تتوقف بيونغ يانغ عن استفزازاتها :
فلاديفوستوك، 6 سبتمبر(يونهاب) -- أجرى الرئيس مون جيه-إن الذي يقوم بزيارة إلى روسيا، محادثات ثنائية مع نظيره الروسي فلاديمير بوتين اليوم الأربعاء في مدينة فلاديفوستوك الروسية.
وبدأت المحادثات الثنائية في الساعة 1:30 بعد ظهر اليوم، وتحولت إلى محادثات موسعة في غضون الساعة 3:00 بعد ظهر نفس اليوم.
وتبادل الرئيسان الكوري الجنوبي والروسي وجهات النظر بشأن تدابير مضادة لاستفزازات كوريا الشمالية مثل التجربة النووية السادسة وإطلاق الصواريخ الباليستية العابرة للقارات، وتوسيع تبادل زيارات كبار المسؤولين بين البلدين وسبل تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي بين الطرفين.
وقال الرئيس بوتين "أرحب بزيارة الرئيس مون إلى روسيا، ويسرني أن ألتقي به بعد إجراء اتصال هاتفي معه مؤخرا، لمناقشة القضايا التي تقلقنا وعلى رأسها القضيتين النووية والصاروخية لكوريا الشمالية والقضايا الشاملة التي تهم البلدين.
وذكر أنه من الملاحظ أن حجم التبادل التجاري بين البلدين انخفض بمقدار 16% في العام الماضي، غير أنه زاد بنسبة حوالي 50% خلال الأشهر الستة الأولى، معبرا عن أمله في توسيع التعاون.
وبدوره أوضح الرئيس مون أنه يعتقد بأن كوريا الجنوبية هي أفضل شريك في تنمية منطقة الشرق الأقصى، قائلا إن منطقة الشرق الأقصى ستكون قاعدة أمامية تقود الازدهار والسلام في المنطقة إذا تعاونت كوريا الجنوبية مع روسيا بشكل جيد.
وأعرب مون عن رغبته في ترقية وتطوير العلاقات الثنائية بين كوريا الجنوبية وروسيا لتكون أكثر تطورا خلال ولايته، مضيفا أنه في هذا الصدد، يضع آمال كبيرة على محادثات اليوم.
وأضاف أن الاستفزازات المتكررة لكوريا الشمالية تجعل الوضع السياسي الدولي خطيرا، وأنه يعتقد بأن الوضع قد يؤول إلى حد لا يمكن السيطرة عليه إذا لم تتوقف بيونغ يانغ عن استفزازاتها.
وأكد على أنه يرغب في إيجاد حل جوهري معا لمنع استفزازات كوريا الشمالية وتسوية القضية النووية.
