Pie Brownies

in #kr7 years ago

Ingredients
Pie ingredients:
300 g wheat flour
20 g of refined sugar
160 g margarine (me: buter & cookie)
2 egg yolks
Brownie ingredients:
150 g dark cooking chocolate (dcc)
40 ml of vegetable oil
50 g butter (20g butter + 30g blueband cake & cookie)
2 eggs
135 g sugar (from blender until smooth)
100 g flour
35 g cocoa powder
according to Topping tastes

Step

Make pie: mix flour and refined sugar, then enter margarine, knead until blended. Finally mix the yolk to mix well.

Print in pie mold (I press manual with right thumb, left hand rotate mold) Basically use a fork.

The mold is not polished, knocked out and not sticky. While waiting for the dough brownies, pie skin is stored in the refrigerator (refrigerator).

Create brownies: melt dcc, vegetable oil and butter in a ditim. (I use a plastic triangle, then put on top of rice in a ricecooker).

Beat the eggs and sugar until well mixed and the sugar dissolves.

Enter the melted chocolate mixture, mix well.

Then enter the mixture of flour and cocoa powder while sifted bit by bit while stirring. This brownie dough is very heavy and thick.

Pour the pie crust dough. To make it easier and tidy, the dough is inserted into a triangular plastic. Put the dough 3/4 mold pie. (Because the rest I fill quite full, so less beautiful😅). Give toping likes.

Oven with pie skin and brownies in raw condition, oven with mold. I only use otang with medium heat a little shrink. If shinynya already out, may be raised a little. The pan I put on the shelves 2 and 1. Swap the position of the pan. Make sure the pie skin is ripe, so as not to sticky when removed. Wait for the cold and pie ready to be removed from the pan to keep the shiny beautiful.

Hey @rimungputeh, We have met 19 times already!

I'm a guide dog from KR community. As you have been continuously ignored my guideline for using KR tags, your case is escalated, and the KR community guardians have decided to start making a serious action.

Stop using KR tag:

  • If you're not comfortable to write in Korean, I highly recommend you write your post in English rather than using Google Translate.
Unfortunately, Google Translate is terrible at translating English into Korean. You may think you wrote in perfect Korean, but what KR Steemians read is gibberish. Sorry, even Koreans can't understand your post written in Google-Translated Korean.
  • So, here's what might happen afterward. Your Google-Translated post might be mistaken as a spam so that whales could downvote your post.
  • If your post is not relevant to Korea, not even vaguely, but you still use KR tag, Whales could think it as a spam and downvote your post.
  • If your post is somebody else's work(that is, plagiarism), then you'll definitely get downvotes.
  • If you keep abusing tags, you may be considered as a spammer. It may result to put you into the blacklist.

Otherwise, your post will highly likely get downvoted from this point.
