There are so many different races in the world. So here is the question, which peoples do you think have the youngest faces? Often people say asian people look the most youthful.

Then, do Asian people have similar skin characteristics? No. Even if they're from the same region in Asia, their skin very is different by country. It is influenced not only by race or sex, but also by climate, environment, and management habits.

Wrinkles are the first signs of facial aging. According to the skin characteristics banks which is a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Korea, Chinese and Korean people have the least wrinkles among the seven Asian countries. On the other hand, Indonesian and Indian people have the most wrinkles from the study results.

So what influences wrinklew the most? It is ultraviolet rays. Ultraviolet light affects not only wrinkles but also skin elasticity. If there is no elasticity of the skin, it will probably makes people appear older.

The easiest way to block ultraviolet rays is to apply sunscreen.

The rate of applying sunscreen is the lowest in India, 18.5% for men, 28% for women, 11% for Indonesians and 25.5% for women. In China 18% for men and 59% for women, in South Korea 56% of men and 93.5% of women. It is said that the hot country does not apply the sun cream because in the hot climate people sweat a lot more and sun screen washes off easily even with multiple applications of sunscreen.

Koreans use sunscreen and basic skin care products more than any other country. So it seems that's why Koreans people has good skin.

Of course there is environmental and genetic factors that makes Korean people looks younger, but it seems that steady skin care and lifestyle have a bigger influence.

왜 한국인은 어려보이는걸까?

수 많은 인종 중에서 가장 어려보이는 인종은 어느 인종일까요? 흔히 사람들은 아시아인 가장 어려보인다고 하죠.

그렇다면 같은 아시아인들끼리는 피부 특성이 비슷할까요? 아닙니다. 같은 동양인이라고 해도 국가별로 사람들의 피부는 차이가 큽니다. 피부특성은 인종이나 성별 뿐만 아니라 기후나 환경, 관리습관에도 큰 영향을 받습니다.

가장 확연히 나타나는 얼굴 노화의 첫번째 징후는 바로 주름입니다. 우리나라 보건복지부가 만든 국가별 피부특성은행에서 조사한 결과 7개의 아시아 인종 중 중국과 한국사람들이 가장 주름이 적었다고 합니다. 그에 반해 인도네시아와 인도사람들이 가장 주름이 많은것으로 결과가 나왔다고 하네요.

그렇다면 주름에 가장 영향을 미치는 요인은 무엇일까요? 바로 자외선 입니다. 자외선은 주름 뿐만 아니라 피부 탄력에도 영향을 많이 미칩니다. 피부의 탄력이 없고 축 쳐져 있다면 아무래도 나이가 들어보일 수 밖에 없겠죠.

자외선을 차단할 수 있는 가장 간편한 방법은 바로 자외선 차단제를 바르는 것입니다. 평소 자외선 차단제를 바르는 비율이 인도는 남 18.5% 여 28%, 인도네시아 남11% 여 25.5%로 낮은 편이였고 중국은 남 18% 와 여 59%, 한국은 남 56% 여 93.5%라고 하네요. 더운 나라일 수록 자외선 차단제를 바르더라도 쉽게 지워지기 때문에 잘 바르지 않는다고 합니다.

한국인들은 자외선 차단제나 기초 화장품등을 어느나라보다도 많이 사용하고 있습니다. 이 때문에 한국인들의 피부가 대채로 양호하다는 결과가 나온듯 합니다.

한국인이 어려보이는 이유는 환경적 유전적 요인도 있겠지만 꾸준한 관리와 습관이 큰 영향을 미치고 있다고 보여지네요.

なぜ韓国人は若く見えるのだろうか？

世界中に多くの民族の中で最も若く見える人種はどの人種でしょうか？よく人々は、アジア人が最も若く見えるっといいますね。

では、アジア人同士は同じ皮膚特性を持ってるんでしょうか？違います。同じ東洋人といっても国によって肌は大きく差があります。人の皮膚特性は人種や性別だけでなく、気候や環境、皮膚管理、習慣にも大きな影響を受けます。

しわは顔の老化の最初の兆候だと呼ばれます。韓国の保健福祉部が作った国別皮膚特性銀行で調査した結果、7つのアジア人種のうち、中国と韓国人が最もしわが少なかったです。それに対して、インドネシアとインドの人が最もしわが多いことで結果が出ました。

しわに最も影響を与える要因は何でしょうか？まさに紫外線です。紫外線は、しわだけではなく、肌の弾力性にも影響を与えます。肌の弾力性がない場合は、確かに年齢が多く見えますね。

紫外線を遮断する最も簡単な方法は、日焼け止めを塗ることです。普段日焼け止めを塗る割合は、インドは、男18.5％女28％、インドネシア男11％女25.5％で低かったです。中国は男18％と女59％、韓国は男56％女93.5％で確かに高いですね。どうやら暑い国であるほど日焼け止めを塗っても、簡単にクリアされるので、よく塗らないらしいです。

韓国人たちは日焼け止めや基礎化粧品などをどの国よりも多く使用しています。このため、韓国人の肌が良好であるという結果が出たと思います。

このように韓国人が若く見える理由は、環境的、遺伝的な要因もあるだろうが、皮膚の管理や習慣が大きな影響を及ぼしていると見なされます。
