I am not sure if you had the chance to check any of my past posts, or the 10 chapters full steemit guide I finished a few months ago to help new users, minnows, and new visitors learn as fast and as much as possible about steem and steemit.
I made a shout out for you a few days ago regarding the #promo-steem project and the huge work that hundreds of promoters/voluntarysts are doing for Steemit and Steem around the world. I know you did not request them to do so for Steemit, but they are doing it with passion and helping to oboard thousands of people every month.
We need the support of @ned as CEO of Steemit Inc. And I am really sure @ned will give his full supports for @steem-ambassador Guild because we work hard for steemit Inc in promoting steem for many people around the world.

I was reading the comments, and I agree, steemit is the best social network that exists and practically the only one I use.
But we do not have to say only the good. We have to say the positive and the negative.
And this is a good place to say them.
Steemit has many positive things. Maybe the majority. But he also has negatives that have to be kept in mind.
One of the negatives is the bad distribution of wealth.
It is being achieved equalize the distribution of real world wealth,
where very few have much and many have very little.
This leads to another negative thing inside steemit, "the purchase-sale of votes", that I personally do not use because it seems to me a lack of total ethics for the purpose that this platform has, but is used by many so that his posts may have little more than $ 0.10, and the only thing that achieves this is to give to those who have more and that others not grow, also that also generates many scams. And this generates the third and greatest negative situation. People leave steemit.
Thousands of new accounts were created recently, but how many are active?
we must get new users to stay in steemit and trust it and give value to the platform, and do not leave or just publish 150 photos per day to get 0.01 in each of those post and destroying the block chain
And if the vast majority of people (the minnows) leave steemit which are the ones that feed the whales, What would be the future of steemit?
It is dying the main purpose of the platform is to create original content and quality and be rewarded for that.
I think that for steemit to become, not only the best, but the main social network in the world, even more than Facebook, we must to solve those negative things, and that the growth or not within steemit be the original and quality content and the creation of projects to collaborate with the community and attract new users.
Then, we must improve the distribution of wealth. How?
with important delegations to different communities, and within them to those people who work to grow it and steemit. If this happens, people will grow up within steemit and not abandon it, and will grow trust in the currency (steem sbd). And trust increases its value.
On the other hand, I do not know if it should be prohibited , but we must create awareness that votes should not be bought. For there to be sellers, there must be buyers.
I repeat, steemit is the best social network that exists, and could become the most important in the future. But if we dont say things, if we just say "steemit is the best" the future is doubtful,
And it may end up happening that those who have millions still have them, but they will be millions of nothing.
I really liked your opinion hence I followed you @matuca. You're opinion is more about transparency and fairness when it comes to wealth distribution. I'm new, but I liked the idea that people who does the work should earn more based on that good work. But isn't the creation of decentralization of the blockchain based on that concept of idea? Anyhow, I read an article that EOS IO is going to be super great. It's okay to have steemit and EOS (whenever it's launched) account, is it not? Btw, thank you so much for sharing your thoughtful opinion.

Wow! The first picture warms my heart. Just look at how happy those people are to be there, a lot of smiles on their faces. An elite group of the world have seen light, not just light but the steemit light and it's time for everyone in every continent to join these light bearers. Steemit will continue to soar higher and achieve lofty heighs because of the selfless and hardworking witnesses manning this blockchain. I have great faith on steemit and the smiles on those faces reflects exactly how I feel each time I realize that I am one of the few people privileged to be the earliest members of a platform that will soon takeover planet earth.
