Salon de the ballot is regarded as the best tea cocktail cafe in Korea. It is hidden in the alley next to Hongik University - called Hongdae - so it was quite tricky to find it first time. After having a mouthful of first flush Darjeeling tea, best to drink in spring, I drank a yellow tea cocktail made with yellow tea and Bols Genever gin. The aroma of Genever and the neatness of yellow tea fit so well. As you can see, it is clean like air and cool like a wind. Puer tea cocktail and the black tea cocktail which I drank afterwards were excellent, too. Because they are cocktails based on tea, it is light and clean compared to normal cocktails based on alcohol - it does not mean that its balance is bad, it is well balanced but different. If you try something different and new, I highly recommend to visit here.

티칵테일(Tea cocktail)로는 여기를 따라올데가 없다고 해서 방문한 살롱드떼벨로. 상수역 극동방송 옆 골목에 숨어 있는데, 눈에 띄지 않으니 주의. 봄철에 마시기 딱 좋은 다즐링 첫물차로 입가심을 한 뒤, 황차와 주니버로 만든 황차칵테일을 마셨다. 주니버향과 황차의 깔끔함이 너무나 잘 맞아 떨어졌다. 보이는 것과 같이 산소같이 깨끗하고 바람같이 시원한 맛. 이어 마셨던 보이차칵테일과 홍차칵테일도 정말 훌륭했다. 차를 중심으로 만든 칵테일이라 기존에 마시는 칵테일과 비교했을때 확실히 가볍고 깔끔한 게 특징인 것 같다. [밸런스가 좋은데 일반칵테일과는 기준이 다른 느낌] 밝은 날 상큼한 티칵테일 한잔하러 꼭 들려보길 바란다.
