오랜만에 스미스머신으로 운동했는데 느낌 괜찮음! 무게를 올릴수록 자극은 떨어지나, 그 다음날 근육통 오는걸 보면 확실히 자극=근육성장은 아닌 것 같다

메모를 안해서 횟수가 기억이 안남. 열심히 했음.

금요일, 토요일 모두 운동을 못감 ㅠㅠ 오늘 술 적당히 마시고 내일은 가야겠음!
