@ramengirl and I had so much fun dressing up in kimonos in Japan the other day. When we arrived in Korea, we wanted to play dress up again! In Korea, the traditional dress is called a Hanbock. People usually wear Hanbock on special occasions, such as getting married.
The Hanbock is made out of silk. As it is currently winter in Seoul, Korea, we were feeling pretty cold in our thin dresses. Even though we were freezing in our dresses, we still had so much fun walking around town!
With @acromott's help, we managed to do a mini photoshoot. Here are a couple fun shots of us.
The head pieces we are wearing are also traditional pieces women wear with the Hanbock.
Here is a peak of the back of the dress!
Here is a full view of the front of the dress. I love how the Hanbok looks like a Disney princess dress!
I really loved how this photo of @ramengirl turned out. Isn't she just the cutest! EKK! I just love her!
I hope you enjoy the Dtube video I made of us hanging out in our Hanbocks on a cold winter day in Seoul! Thanks for watching a being a part of the Steemit adventures.
love,
Karen
