저는 미국사람인데 한국10년 이상 살았어요,그래서 마음이 이반 한국사람이다...
When I lived in Korea a few years ago, I lived there for over 10 years. I speak Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. While there, one of the battle cries you would often hear that the island "Dokdo" or "Takeshima" in Japanese was Korea's island, despite the Japanese claiming it was theirs.

I honestly need to do more research. Korea is in control of it for sure, they have people stationed there, military I believe. A close friend of mine and a long-time Korea resident from the USA wrote this article which you might find interesting.

If you ever want to make Korean people HAPPY...here are 2 things you can say:

1." Day Han Mean Gook"(I wrote it out phonetically so you can pronounce it as close to real Korean as possible) 대한민국

2."Doke Do noon han gook dang" 독도는한국땅

You are sure to get some smiles, high-fives and probably your drinks paid for!
I like Korea, Japan, China, and many more countries, I just thought I would share this article with you since a good friend of mine wrote it.

And by the way...Korea is a BEAUTIFUL country! I rode my motorcycle all over the country, some people have said, "the most beautiful things in Korea are the mountains and the women"...I would have to DEFINITELY agree! :)
