Cake Bolu Roll Pandan Banana
Material :

  • 50 grams of medium protein flour
  • 10 grams of cornstarch
  • 25 grams of butter, melted
  • 25 milli liter thick coconut milk ready
  • 3 pieces of ambon banana, split four parts
  • 6 egg yolks - 3 egg whites - 100 grams of sugar

    How to make :
  • Arrange ambon bananas on the bottom of a 24x24x3 cm baking pan on a baked bread pad without butter and spare. Set aside
  • Beat eggs, sugar, and emulsifier until fluffy
  • Add extra wheat flour and cornstarch while sifted and stirred until evenly distributed
  • Enter melted butter, coconut milk, suji water, green dye, and salt a little while stirred slowly
