Sorry a lot of things are not fair but I see Korean guys have changed somewhat since 20 years ago. It was really bad then when I came to Korea in 98. Now I can see some of my Korean friends who are fathers washing dishes and taking the kids to the park. They share responsibilities. But the workplace is not really fair yet. I know what you mean. Thanks for writing your story. I will do better to try to understand women who work with me.
