Refunded everyone who didn't get a vote. The software used is having bugs, it's also causing the Steem Bot Tracker to be inaccurate. I took it offline until the dev can resolve it or I will switch to @buildawhale code base. This effects every Bot using Post Promoter right now and the Steem Bot Tracker.
I am sorry about the issues.
Thanx for refund hopefully in future we do not get such issues and can use your bot .
