I discussed with the dev team and concluded that non-English posts are recommended to put prefix (e.g. ko-, fr-) in their category. If you downvote them just because you cannot read it, please see the category and reconsider your vote.

Steem is an open platform and anyone can use it. Don't discriminate other languages, if they follow the prefix rule.
