@kyriacos I can simply just agree on all your words! Experts are needed in todays economy but without the people taking a look into every corner, keeping the big picture in sight we would all be lost. It's really those people, having some knowledge in everything that will lead organizations. Experts are only superior in their specific field and could accomplish much more by taking a look outside their comfort zone.
