Hey there, at the moment there is no limit to posts per month but there is rate limiting on the daily basis. At the moment if you subscribe normally you will get 1 post/day. However, incase you want a different plan you can trade a higher daily limit with other attributes like length (1 month at the moment) or vote weight (~10 cents). For these changes I'd recommend you to talk to either KiwiJuce or Scarab on the Discord (https://discord.gg/uMXAGqw)
Since a month normally has 30-31 days, you will get 30-31 upvotes per month, 1 per day.

You can get 2-3 upvotes per day or 2-3 months worth of upvotes, depending on what you write in the memo.
For 2 steem can you offer 1 vote with double voting weights?
No, we can only offer 2 posts a day or 2 months of upvotes. You seem to post about twice a day, so that would work for you.
