I had idea since I saw original post. Unfortunately, I'm really crappy with drawing.

My idea is face of Julian as projection of truth with all kind of manipulators trying to cover his mouth...

Julian face as projection and in the light projecting Julian face we see images of people who are hurt by this system (poor people and similar images)

Trying to cover his face is some kind cancer with tentacles. That cancer is also some kind of projection. In light projecting that fear we see logos and similar signs, war and other symbols representing conspiracy trying to shut him up. All the tentacles are going for his mouth, but two of tentacles are trying to capture whole light projecting Julian.

That is my idea, but yes I know, it's hard to describe picture in my mind with words. I wish I know how to draw or at least use advance picture software.
