What will happen to my child?

in #kids7 years ago

This year, we finish our university with our young man, now we are both writing a diploma. With him we are together from the very first year. When we first started dating, we were 17 years old. I love him very much and he loves me.

We planned a wedding after the graduation from the university, then in half a year, so that we could collect money ourselves at least a little. Accordingly, the child was planned after the wedding. But it so happened that now I'm pregnant, for 1 month. When I was in the second week of pregnancy, I fell ill and then still, not knowing about the child, took the medicine.

Even without guessing, I took painkillers for five days, and then I went to the doctor and found out that I was pregnant. I was prescribed medicine that can be taken in my position. I recovered and went to a consultation with a doctor where I was told that there were minor problems.

Really, have I harmed my child with my own hands? Could the medicine affect him? I'm very worried about this. Doctors really do not say anything, my young man is very supportive. But still, as long as the parents are not informed about the child, we are afraid to jinx it. We hope that they will support us.

It so happened that my parents are building a house, and his parents are a pharmacy. This means that they do not have extra money for our wedding. I know, my young man will not abandon me and do everything to make us feel good. But all the same I am terrified of what will happen to my child. Do you think, could the medicine affect the child, suddenly in your life there was such a situation. Write your answers in the comments, I'm really looking forward to it.

Hi, I'm sorry about what happened to you. Some medicines can really harm the child, but I think painkillers is not so serious. What did the doctor say when you told him/her?
