The couple - who have been as one for 11 months - are hoping to move into an eight-room investment property in Los Angeles to use as their base while they film the new six-section arrangement.
A source stated: "They're somewhere down in talks around a six-section turn off arrangement and have been searching for the ideal private setting for the show - the properties they've taken a gander at are immense."
Tristan was at first hesitant to participate in the show, however his better half has consoled him that her mom and chief Kris Jenner won't be meddling, and she herself will be making major decisions.
The source clarified: "Tristan wouldn't like to feel like he's under the family's thumb yet Khloe has guaranteed she won't let them make major decisions.
"Khloe is requesting an Executive Producer credit, so she's in control. She has a solid vision and has just revealed to Kris they won't be taking an interest in fake dramatization for evaluations."
Joining the couple on the show will be Tristan's seven-month-old child Prince, and the tot's mom, Jordan Craig, as Khloe was quick to flaunt the ball player's family man picture, and knew the most straightforward approach to do that was to keep his previous fire cheerful.
The insider told warm magazine: "They haven't begun shooting yet, yet pre-generation is going all out and they've begun doing pre-interviews with Jordan.
"It was truly vital to Khloe to get her on board. She needs to demonstrate what an incredible father Tristan is, and it is extremely unlikely they'd have the capacity to have Prince on the show without endorsement from Jordan.
"Khloe knew the most ideal approach to get what she needed was to offer Jordan a section on the show as well - alongside a fat pay check."
