Blackberry Cheese Crumble

Hello reader,

On days like today I have plenty of school duties that take up most of my time, leaving very little time for food. So I come up with a meal that requires no cooking, saving on clean up time. This blackberries cheese crumble takes 5 minutes to prepare, using four ingredients. The butter and cheese provide the fat and protein, while the berries provide fiber, carbs, vitamins and antioxidants. If you do not have swerve where you live, you can experiment with using stevia, monkfruit, or splenda.

blackberry cheese crumble

prep time: 5 minutes.

1000 Calories
125g Fat | 54g Protein | 20g netCarb

ingredients

  • 240 grams of whole milk ricotta cheese .

you can use other another soft white cheese as well.

  • 240 grams of fresh black berries.
  • 130 grams of unsalted butter (around one stick of butter)
  • one table spoon swerve sweetener

directions

  • combine all the ingredients in a bowl, mixing and blending with a spoon.
