There are a ton of sweeteners used on the market, and there is no way that I could cover them all. I chose a few sweeteners that I see a lot of, some good, some bad to give my opinion on. I also recommend 3 that you should really stick to.

I use Swerve (erythritol) on occasion because it's the only one my taste buds recognize as sweet without an aftertaste. However, I have noticed a slight tingling on my tongue now. An upside to my few months on a (very loose) keto diet is that I actually don't crave the sweets as much so I tend to just go for the real deal if I feel I want something sweet.
My cravings for sweets have definitely gone down as well. Erythritol can have that tingly/cooling affect on your tongue. I find that it works better in baked goods when you let them cool. If you eat them got it's a really strange sensation.
good tip!
