In this video I show you how to make Keto Hot Pockets using a nut free fat head dough. Most keto pizza dough you find contains almond flour. This nut free keto pizza dough uses coconut flour instead. Feel free to use your favorite dough though!
Macros for 1/4 without filling:
Calories: 276
Fat: 20g
Net Carbs: 5g
Protein: 21g
Recipe:
-Dough-
1.5 c shredded mozzarella
2 oz cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 c coconut flour
-Filling Ideas-
pepperoni
roast beef
chicken
- Add mozzarella cheese and cream cheese to bowl.
- microwave for 60 seconds. Stir, microwave for 30 seconds.
- Add eggs and coconut flour.
- Mix.
- Divide into 4 equal parts
- roll the dough and fill it with you desired filling
- Seal dough around filling
- Bake at 425 for 15 min.
- Let cool for 20 min.
- Enjoy!
