These pizza chips are very simple to make and quick too! These are a great low carb snack that even my non keto niece and nephews love!
Cook them for 12 minutes for a softer pizza like texture or cook them 13 to 14 minutes for a crispy chip like texture.

Ingredients:
5 oz mozzarella cheese
20 pepperoni slices
Italian seasoning to taste
parchment paper
Instructions:
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees
- Line cooking sheet (or pizza pan) with parchment paper
- Spread cheese evenly on parchment paper
- Sprinkle cheese with italian seasoning to taste
- Add pepperonis
- Cook for 12-14 minutes (12 for softer, 13-14 for crispy)
- Remove from oven
- Enjoy!
