This yumminess was so quick and easy to make and only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
Lilly's chocolate chips
Unsweetened coconut
Coconut butter or oil (I used coconut butter)
Roasted almonds with sea salt
Directions:
Toast coconut and alomds in a pan on top of stove. Melt chocolate and coconut butter in a double boiler, pour onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet, spread out with a rubber spatula, press in nuts and coconut, chill in freezer for 1 hour and, you'll have a great sugar-free treat.
We don't have Lilly's here - but presumably they're sugar free chocolate? I've got some jars of coconut butter in the cupboard, must give this a go.
Yes, it's sweetened with stevia and really yummy.
These should work great then
It should.
I just made another recipe with these today, also using a bit of coconut butter, but adding dehydrated orange peel, lime essential oil and ginger (since it's winter here). All going well, will post the recipe later today.
Yum. Thanks so much. I just posted my first recipe (just joined yesterday). It’s for Keto peanut bitter cups. I even geeked out so much that I figured out the nutritional info. Enjoy!
