(My first comment at Steemit)

I'm not even sure which side of this debate I'm on yet. Of course net neutrality sounds totally like the thing we need but I'm just wary of the fact that when govt.s regulate, unintended consequences ensue.

I have up-voted this in the hope of getting this crucially important debate going (also my first up-vote here despite not necessarily agreeing).
