Hello there guys as some of you may know , I recently dedicated my life to feel the best Kebabgasm in the History. That is my life goal and a mission given by the universe.
Yesterday I visited Hisar Büfe a small place that serves some decent vegetable Döner Kebab to their worshippers. I always know their reputation but It is time to try their mega beauty.
Introducing Hisar Büfe and Chef Faik aka Döner Maverick
Unfortunately this time I couldn't get picture from Döner Maverick . He stated that he wants to maintain his underground Döner making techniques to himself but you can see his Elbow. From the size of the Döner you can understand their popularity. Originally Master Faik is a Zen Monk trained in some misty mountains , after that he decided to use his skills , endurance and training for making the best Döner Kebab.
So I ordered a plate instead of a sandwich . Because as a professional Kebabgasm Seeker I wanted to taste only meat , because Meats taste sometimes disappears in the bread. Homemade fries were decent and smooth. All the cooked vegatables were fine. Lets come to the main Dish Döner.
Close up time and Döner Review
The Döner was smooth and juicy as you can see from closeup photograph. I really loved it and it gave me a small Kebabgasm , but I won't recommend this Döner Kebab to some Newbie Döner Enthusiasts. Because Döner was a little fatty . If your little stomachs not adapted itself to Döner eating , This döner might be a little heavy for you. Other than that I really LOOOOOOOVED IT !
Side Product Recomendation
Maybe I didn't find the most beatiful Döner Kebab in the World. However their Ayran was amazing. If you go to Döner Maverick's place you should definelty drink his homemade Ayran too. The salt water ratio in the Ayran was just amazing it gave me a cool breeze in 40 Degree Summer in Turkey.

Oz Firat Doner Kebap in Otterberg Germany. Hands down best Doner ever.
I lived in Berlin for 4 years I'm sad I didn't try that place Next time I will definelty go Ozfirat !
It's on the opposite side of Germany in a tiny village so don't feel bad about missing it.

Nice! Kebab in a plate, the original... I live in Berlin and it was funny to know that the germans were who created the Kebab with bread to take away. Kebab rules, if it made properly, my new favourite Turkish dish is "Kofte" but not every restaurant makes it good.
