Hello @teamsteem,
My mortality has always worried and fascinated me at the same time. The fact that it could all come to an end at anytime is frightening, and sometimes I do not feel like I'm doing enough for myself and for other people. Most days I feel like an insignificant blob, nay a speck.
Times like that, if I've posted something on steemit, I go to read the comments. Some people don't know that a good comment is worth gold. Upvotes are awesome, but a good comment makes me feel... know that I've taken a step towards educating or just plain entertaining someone. It warms my heart.
You just don't know who you might save or condemn with your article or story. You don't know wat that little joke you made in your post has done for a single mom with 5 kids and no hope for the future.
Cryptocurrencies are truly a step in the right direction. The power to control your money is freedom in its own way. Freedom that is lacking in current times plagued with violence and pain.
I know what steemit has done for me, both financially, socially, psychologically and so on. I am grateful and I pray for the strength to give back in anyway I can, to help, to teach, to love, to live, one post at a time.
Thank you @teamsteem.
