Yeah, that's the pattern I've noticed also. If I got a long time without exercise, I get back pain. Funny thing I've noticed, instead of using Runkeeper which I then use to over-exert myself because I'm too competitive, I started using Pokemon Go. :) It gets me to stop here and there to catch a Pokemon while still tracking my distance via the egg hatching process. It's also fun and I can do it while listening to an audio book. Fun stuff.
