Hope you feel better going forward as time tends to heal. I have spurts of high anxiety as well and it affects my job and life at home. I also eat and live a healthy lifestyle. The only thing that has helped me was increasing my exercise... I do cardio about 3-4 times a week and augment that with light weights. I'd suggest some brisk walking to improve your cardio which may help you feel better.
