A Unity Developer and Ethereum Developer Needed

Hey Steemians,
I have an Idea for an Online Decentralized Strategy Game. I have programming experience but haven't developed any games or decentralized applications. So I am looking for a Game Developer in Unity and Ethereum Developer who can join me as a co-founder.

The Game in a Nutshell

The game might sound similar to many strategy games like simcity, clash of clans but the game is pretty unique. In this game you can have a job, set up a company and sell a product, make rockets to go to space, make your own country, trade and sell in the stock market. For the Nerdiest people, you can even invent new things or technology in the game which didn't exist previously in the game. In other words the player can add his own custom items in the game and sell it to other players. The entire economy of the game is based on the Ethereum Blockchain, so the players can earn, sell and trade in real ethers by just playing the game. Full time gamers can play this game while earning a significant sum of money.
This is just a short description of the game.

The Requirements and Payment

I am looking for a developer (or developers) who expertise in the following fields,

Unity and should be able to make Online Multiplayer Games

Ethereum Platform

Initial Coin Offering

The necessary resources will be provided. The payment to the developer will be in the form of Equity or stake at the company. So the developer will be a part of the founding team. If the developer want to do this on a contract basis, then email me and we can have a discussion.
