Right On Workplace

Boss : You're late !
Me. : It's only 9:20 am. I was drive my friend to University and got stuck in traffic.
Boss : Work start at 9:00 am- be here ore else!
Me. : Ok but then, you've to drive your daughter each morning yourself. 😊

Many boss never complain when you leave late but get offended by every minute you arrive late.

That behaviour is the part of that same thing called micromanagement_over_controll based on insecurity and a desire to controll others.

When you'll be easy and trusting about your employees, they'll must be happy and productive. You'll also be happier yourself.
Most boss are never understand why their company go down. They do bad behave to employees, and always be highper. The stuff suffer with phychological pressure, lose controll to concentrate on work. They should stop ruddly behave to employees, but starts talk them and find out the thing the've misstake. Persuade your stuff, discuss about misstaking thing and heal their energy to come back. You don't recovery anything to blame your employees but can understand what should they do next of it recovery.
