Why Japanese people's are slim

Here are the basic highlights that make Japanese people slim and smart.

  • They eat small portions of food at one time.

  • They enjoy home cooked food on daily basis and avoid fast and junk food.

  • They take an adequate and healthy breakfast, it includes steamed rice, miso soup with tofu, seaweed, eggs/ fish with green tea.

  • They are good at eating fish and according to estimates, Japanese people eat 10 % of all the fish that is eaten worldwide.

  • They consume five times more the food items like Broccoli, cabbage, kale, cauliflower, brussels sprouts than an average American.

  • They commonly walk or use a bicycle to reach their destinations.

  • They are very serious is taking a hot bath, that improves their blood circulation and calms their mind and body.

  • They eat slower.
