Token Economy Meet up in Osaka

I joined in Token Economy meet up held in Osaka today. This event required very high literacy. So I could not fully understand it. But I could study the future of token economy and I am glad that I could participate in a very wonderful event. I thought that this event is related to steemit, the pioneer of the token economy, so I would like to report. I could not attend the exchange meeting. I am going to inform you of the speaker's greetings, service introduction and talk session.

本日大阪で開催されたトークンエコノミーミートアップ -信用評価経済時代の独自通貨と経済圏-に参加しました。非常に密度の高い内容で、僕ごときの知識では、ついていくのに精一杯でしたが、トークンエコノミーの未来に触れることが出来、とても素晴らしい経験になりました。トークンエコノミーの先駆者であるsteemitにも関連すると思いましたのでリポートしたいと思います。(※交流会については都合により参加できませんでしたので、各登壇者挨拶&サービス紹介&トークセッションのみの内容となっております。)

The venue was a co-working space & rental office called billage OSAKA in Honmachi, Osaka. I participated for the first time in such a large event. So I got nervous. My picture got broken. OMG

会場は大阪・本町にあるbillage OSAKAという普段はコワーキングスペース/レンタルオフィスを運営している場所でした。こういった大規模なイベントに参加するのは初めてでしたので、緊張で手ブレしています。泣

There were about 150 participants. There was a participant who interacted with each other through the connection of the community. I got the impression that most people are men and there are many young people. There were also foreign participants, maybe.

参加者は150名ほど。各々のコミュニティの繋がりで交流されている参加者もいらっしゃいました。ほとんど男性で、若いの人が多いような印象を受けました。外国人らしき参加者もちらほら・・・・・

◆The speaker's greetings & service introduction / 各登壇者挨拶&サービス紹介

◇YASU (ALIS) / 安 昌浩氏(株式会社ALIS 代表取締役CEO) ALISのHP

・The vision that ALIS team aims : Smooth the connection of people with visualization of trust.
・In the current economic zone, the aim is to obtain money. → Consider money as a means.
・It is called token economy in Japan, but overseas it is called Crypto economy.
・Introduction of ALIS beta version. Importance of feedback. Distribute tokens to those who found good articles as soon as. ALIS emphasizes community. Now it's centralized, but ALIS wants to distribute tokens de-centralized.
・The ALIS team works with the same viewpoint as the user of ALIS. In order to eliminate the gap between each other, we disclose information as much as possible. → Transparency
・The current ALIS community is wonderful. Members are developing and adding necessary functions for beta versions before the ALIS team.

・ALISチームの目指すビジョン：信頼の可視化で人の繋がりを滑らかにする。
・現在の経済圏では、お金を得ることが目的になってしまっている。→ お金を手段として考えてみる。
・日本ではトークンエコノミーと呼ばれているが、海外ではクリプトエコノミーと呼ばれている。
・ALIS β版の紹介。フィードバックの重要性。より早く良いモノ(記事)を見つけた人にトークンを配布する。コミュニティを大切にする。
・今は中央集権的(運営陣がコントロールしている)であるが、ゆくゆくは非中央主権的にトークンを分配したい。
・ALISチームは利用者と同じ目線に立つ。お互いのギャップを無くす為に、情報をできる限り開示している。→ 透明性
・現在ALISコミュニティの力はすごい。メンバーが運営よりも先にβ版に必要な機能を開発して追加している。

◇YAMAMOTO (TIME TICKET) / 山本 大策氏(株式会社グローバルウェイ タイムチケット ファウンダー) TIME TICKETのHP

・Outline of TIME TICKET service. Currently, there is no way to sell detailed information (knowledge and experience) than other people we have. → Idea of selling personal time.
・Planning to issue TIME COIN (TIME TICKET's Token). (ICO)
・Because the transaction fee is high in the current sharing economy, TIME TICKET aims for a low transaction fee.
・We are able to issue tokens individually and we are considering functions such as distributing them to fans.
・Aim for a community based on personal trust.

・タイムチケットの概略。人より詳しいのに、知識&経験を売る手段がない。→個人の時間を売るという発想。
・TIME COIN (タイムチケットのトークン)の発行を計画中。ICOを予定。
・現状のシェアリングエコノミーは取引手数料が高いので、TIME TICKETでは低い取引手数料を目指す。
・個人でトークンが発行でき、それをファンへ配布する等の機能を検討中。
・個人の信用に基づくコミュニティを目指す。

◇OGAWA (VALU) / 小川 晃平氏（株式会社VALU 代表取締役） VALUのHP

・What is the price when croquette was the cheapest? The answer varies from person to person. Some people say 30 yen, others say 5 yen. → The value of money is fluctuating according to the times.
・VALU's Flaming on Internet.
・Line that can turn trust into money = Ltd.(Get listed or M&A) VALU succeeded in lowering that line. Trust by VALU makes it possible to issue tokens at the individual level, making monetization easy.
・In the current capitalist economy, the gap between rich and poor is open. → VALU brings a society without a disparity.

・コロッケが一番安かった頃の価格は？その答えは人によって様々。30円と答える人もいれば、5円と答える人もいる。→ お金の価値は時代によって変動している。
・VALUの炎上について。
・信用を資本化できるライン＝株式会社(上場 or M&A)であったが、それをVALUにより押し下げた。(VALUによる信用により、個人レベルでのトークンを発行が可能となり、マネタイズのハードルを下げた。)
・現在の資本主義経済では、貧富の差が開いている。→ VALUにより格差のない社会を目指す。

◇YAMADA (NISHI AWAKURA COIN) / 山田 邦明氏 (西粟倉村トークンエコノミー協会) NISHI AWAKURA COINのHP

・Country areas are more interesting than the urban area. → Country areas are easy to realize interesting things.
・A community already exists in the countryside. There are abundant places to gather in real.
・Success stories of NISHI AWAKURA village : Matching people outside the village who want to do strawberry cake shop and Villagers with strawberry processing plants. Matching People outside the village who want to cultivate eels and the villager who owns the gymnasium.
・In order to accelerate these cases, we would like to create a new economic zone using tokens.
・NISHI AWAKURA COIN is planning to raise funds with ICO. We aim for offline × online.

・地方の方がおもしろい。 → 地方の方がおもしろいことをやりやすい。
・田舎にはすでにコミュニティーがあり、リアルで集まれる場所が豊富にある。
・西粟倉村の成功事例：いちごのケーキ屋さんをやりたい村外の人と、いちごの加工場を持つ村人とのマッチング。うなぎの養殖をしたい村外の人と、体育館を所有する村人のマッチング。
・こういった事例を加速するために、トークンを用いた経済圏を作りたい。
・ICOを予定。オフライン×オンラインを目指す。

◇ITO (PoliPoli) / 伊藤和真氏 (株式会社PoliPoli 代表取締役) PoliPoliのHP

・Currently, there is no place to make political remarks easily. Burning occurs immediately in existing SNS.
・Citizens have few means of obtaining information on politics. → PoliPoli will solve this problem.
・PoliPoli is quite referring to the steemit and ALIS whitepapers.
・To aim for a community not to burn, PoliPoli sets a confidence score and distributes tokens according to its level.
・Responding to questionnaires such as politicians' policies, citizens can obtain tokens.
・Aim for politics reflecting the opinions of individuals.
・A citizen who wants to make political remarks. A citizen who wants to cheer politicians. Politicians who want to get votes from citizens. We wonder if these people need a service called PoliPoli.
・Beta version has been released. Two years later, PoliPoli's token (Polin) will get listed.

・現状、政治的発言をしやすい場所がない。(既存のSNSでは発言が荒れる。)
・市民は、政治に関する情報を得る手段が少ない。 → PoliPoliによって解決したい。
・PoliPoliはSteemitやALISのホワイトペーパーをかなり参考にしている。
・荒れないコミュニティを目指す為に、信頼度スコアを設け、そのレベルによってトークン配布を行う。
・政治家側からの政策などのアンケートに答えることで、トークンが得られる。
・個人の意見(民意)を反映した政治を目指す。
・政治的な発言をしたい市民。政治家を応援したい市民。票を得たい政治家。これらの人々には、PoliPoliというサービスが必要なのではないか。
・β版リリース済。２年後にトークン(Polin)上場目標。

◇TAKEDA (ATARASHII KEIZAI) / 竹田 匡宏氏(株式会社幻冬舎) あたらしい経済のHP

・There is little good quality information in the virtual currency industry. → We want to make highly reliable media.
・"ATARASHII KEIZAI" content : Contents articles covering top runners in Crypto, serialization and daily radio broadcasting. Radio is excellent as media.
・It is bad to take up fraudulent ICOs etc. in interviewing. → We want to convey only genuine information.
・Seven things to keep in mind when interviewing.
・We are issuing a token of "ATARASHII KEIZAI" and thinking to airdrop a token to the people we interviewed.

・仮想通貨業界には、良質な情報が少ない。→ 信頼度の高いメディアを作っていく
・「あたらしい経済」のコンテンツ：クリプト界のトップランナーを取材した記事・連載モノに加え、ラジオ放送を展開。ラジオはメディア媒体として優れている。
・取材する上で、詐欺のICOなどを取り上げてしまうのはまずい。→ 本物の情報だけを伝えていきたい。
・「あたらしい経済」が取材する上で心がけている7つのこと。
・「あたらしい経済」のトークンを発行し、私たちが取材した人たちにトークンをエアドロップするということを考えている。
