I just got back from gym working out for almost 4 hours and I'm bit tired now.

Well since Japan always makes cute & cool sweets and snacks, I can never workout enough...

色々ありましたが私のお気に入りはエリーゼでした♬
ダースベーダーのミルクチョコとストームトゥルーパーのホワイトチョコが半分づつ入っていて一本で二度楽しめるお菓子でしたw
ビックリマンチョコは安定の美味しさで、他のスナックはスターウォーズが大好きなノルウェーのお友達に送ってあげたらすごく喜ばれましたヾ(⌒▽⌒）ゞ
ポップコーンがスパイシーでとても美味しかったと言ってました！
日本にはカッコいい＆可愛いお菓子がたくさんあって良いね！
日本大好き💕
もうお店に入った瞬間お菓子コーナーに導かれちゃうし・・・これって・・・フォースかなw

Yeah, if exercising too much can be bad for you. Exercise bulimia is a serious medical problem in which people use extreme exercising instead of vomiting to purge food excesses. Exercise bulimia can be dangerous and take a toll on your heart, muscles and joints. It’s hard to mark a firm line between working out hard and being obsessive about it. A two-hour workout daily should be OK if you’re otherwise healthy and strong.
