I will start by saying it's an honor to be standing next to these young masters, who are very professional and knowledgeable, of what has to be done every day to keep perfection, for everyone around to experience. The gentle breeze of the clean air around me, makes everything even more breathtaking then a picture can show. You can see Dad boss man guru over here taking a moment to appreciate his beloved green tea that he spent a life time perfecting for everyone. I feel so lucky to get a glimpse of how he must feel standing in the middle of his life-long hard work. I wish I had words to describe the feeling I get being here. He then takes us inside and explains, what it takes to make the omiyagi. He and his sons have a very impressive establishment going on in this facrory. I was amazed to say the least. I'm so very happy to be apart of this learning experience, that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Sadly low on time and we have to get going. Good bye for now! Not for ever.
