Bowie's otherwordly incarnations were as unique and alien as … well, as someone from Japan.
David Bowie always had a fascination with Japan. As well as a few undeniable points of contact with the country.
Bowie was very different, and so is Japan. When he went there, he was a stranger in a strange land, an alien in alien country. (Image source)
The man who fell to Japan
During the peak of his career in the 1970s, his bizarre and otherwordly incarnations were as unique and alien as … well, as someone from Japan.

Lol
I agree. Great play on words.
Glad you like the notes. When I lived in Japan and when I returned to my home country Canada for a visit, friends and family members would sometimes ask me, "So, how's life in Japan?"
So, I just played on that when making this note. :-)
Immensely strong!
