Oh, what a fragrant, sweet and delicious berry. Preparation:
- Strawberry and cleanse from the petioles.
- Fall asleep with sugar, mix, let stand for 10 minutes.
- Fill with water and put on a small fire in a copper basin.

- Cook for about 25 minutes.
Jam is ready, when rolled into cans it is better to fill the top with sugar, to exclude the formation of mold.
