Ciao a tutti,
eccomi a riproporvi un articolo che pubblicai in inglese tempo fa e mi piacerebbe condividerlo anche in italiano.
Si tratta della presentazione della bicicletta montata su telaio "Stella del mattino", per chi non lo sapesse di tratta del nome che utilizzai per battezzare i miei primi telai in acciaio brasati a congiunzioni.
Vi avevo già presentato questo telaio artigianale che realizzai nel mio laboratorio a Lacremò tramite questo post: La ramatura, un altro modo per valorizzare l'acciaio.
Uno dei primi telai in acciaio realizzati nel 2011, se volete approfondire ecco qui l'articolo.

Questa è una bicicletta singlespeed è dotata di ruote e guarnitura Miche; reggisella, attacco manubrio e manubrio Deda elementi; la sella è fornita da Selle Italia e i freni sono SRAM.
Sarà la mia bicicletta di lusso per i prossimi anni.
Vi mostrerò alcuni dettagli di questo telaio a congiunzioni.
Le congiunzioni realizzate con stampi a cera persa costituiscono l'elemento principale per la realizzazione di un telaio in acciaio con il metodo più antico e tradizionale, lasciando un gusto vintage al mezzo anche se è di nuova costruzione. La serie sterzo è una tradizionale Campagnolo da un pollice filettato, per intenderci si presenta come nelle immagini pubblicate qui sotto.
Questo che vi sto presentando è il mio secondo telaio come potete vedere nel numero di serie impresso a fianco dell'intaglio a forma di stella. Se volete approfondire questa storia potreste leggere questo articolo che illustra come realizzo la stella: ...making a bicycle frame, the first cut!
Solitamente incido la scatola del movimento centrale con il numero di serie al momento sono prossimo ad iniziare il telaio n°16.
Vi ricordo inoltre che sto pubblicando su Steemit l'intero processo della realizzazione di un telaio artigianale alla mia maniera nel laboratorio Lacremò, mi manca ancora l'ultimo capitolo che completerò non appena riuscirò ad avere fotografie della bicicletta che ormai è già conclusa, montata e consegnata.
