Sky o Perform.... o Entrambi? [ITA]

Finalmente ci siamo, i diritti televisivi per il prossimo campionato di calcio di Serie A sono stati assegnati.
Come previsto Sky si è aggiudicata i due pacchetti migliori da 266 partite per una cifra vicina agli 800 milioni di euro.
Il terzo pacchetto da 114 partite, a sorpresa, se lo è aggiudicato Perform, una società Inglese di media sportivi che permette attraverso la piattaforma streaming DAZN la visione di eventi sportivi.
Già visibile in Stati come Inghilterra, Germania, Canada e Giappone, ora sbarca in Italia grazie ad un investimento vicino ai 200 milioni di euro.
Tagliata fuori Mediaset Premium che ha annunciato di aver offerto 600 milioni nella fase di offerta chiusa per i due pacchetti principali, per poi ritirarsi nella fase aperta. Tim e Mediapro anche se indicate come possibili pretendenti, non hanno presentato offerte.

Ora cosa succede?

Sky ha l'esclusiva di 7 partite di ogni giornata:
15:00 sabato (1 partita)
18:00 sabato (1 partita)
15:00 domenica (2 partite)
18:00 domenica (1 partita)
20:45 domenica (1 partita)
20:45 domenica (1 partita)

Perform ha l'esclusiva di 3 partite di ogni giornata:
20:45 sabato (1 partita)
12:30 domenica (1 partita)
15:00 domenica (1 partita)

Poi ci sono le partite chiamate Pick (sempre comprese nelle precedenti elencate), cioè i 20 big match, che saranno attribuite dopo i sorteggi del calendario. Tutte queste partite saranno giocate di sera (salvo impegni europei), di cui 16 saranno di esclusiva Sky e 4 di esclusiva Perform.

Nel caso le due società decidono di mantenere le loro esclusive, i tifosi al momento della sottoscrizione dell'abbonamento, non possono sapere in anticipo quali partite potranno vedere, con il rischio concreto di dover sottoscriverli entrambi.
La piattaforma DAZN all'estero ha un costo di abbonamento medio di circa 10 euro, una spesa non eccessiva ma che sommata all'abbonamento Sky potrebbe raggiungere un livello insostenibile per la maggior parte degli italiani.

Per il momento bisogna aspettare le trattative tra le due società per parlare dei diritti di ritrasmissione, dove non è da escludere un possibile ritorno di Mediaset Premium.
A questo punto la società Mediaset potrebbe decidere di vendere la piattaforma Premium a Sky oppure acquistare una parte dei diritti di ritrasmissione dalla stessa società e continuare alla collaborazione vista in quest'ultimo periodo.
Essendo abbonato Premium ho deciso di disdire l'abbonamento per poi osservare il susseguirsi degli eventi e poi scegliere la formula più conveniente.

Nota positiva della vicenda è stato il "salvataggio" di 90° minuto che andrà ancora in onda alle 18:00 della Domenica di Campionato.
Alla fine si è raggiunto un accordo con la Rai, che comunque dovrà rinunciare alla trasmissione del sabato sera.

Un accordo tra le parti lo devo definire "obbligatorio", il tifoso non può permettersi di sottoscrivere due abbonamenti o addirittura spendere XXX euro per un abbonamento e non sapere cosa andrà vedere.
Tra Sky e Perform i rapporti sono abbastanza buoni e questo fa ben sperare per un accordo che tuteli tutti gli appassionati di Calcio.
