Who's still drunk? I am still drunk! But I am overjoyed!
Overjoyed to see so many people showed up for this totally unofficial meetup of the Israeli community, held in Kfar-Saba (my hometown). Thank you all for being awesome. We should do this again very very soon!
Photos by me and @mrlightning . Sorry for the crappy lighting and drunken shaky hands! <3
I love you, my peeps. <3

אני שיכור והיה לי כיף לאללה
Looks like you had a great time. I am happing steemit community members are not just writing blog or talking in comments they are actually getting out of their beds and meeting to each other.
This will definetely help users to learn from each other more and come up with different ideas.
Yup, getting out of bed is HARD. But was worth it! Next time I'll pick a less noisy place so we can have talks and share knowledge, not just booze and hugs. :)
Great to learn you understand the importance of talks or educative speeches during meetups...
No doubt! But this was a first meetup and the main goal was to put some faces on the account names. The next meetup will have presentations and talks, but with a crowd of 20 people it seems like overkill.
Hahaha. I will be watching closely from this end to keep abreast of events in Israel. I love Israelis; they are a unique people and the country itself, as small as its size and her population, is still powerful. History tells me this is so because they are the chosen and God's favorites. I read Israeli based media more than those of my country. Among them all, I love Times of Israel most. I hope we develop a mutually beneficial relationship on this awesome platform.

From a true friend of Israel,

Unfortunately couldn't stay long, cause someone (ahem) scheduled the meetup on top of my therapist.
Was nice meeting @sunrock and @nv21089 and a yet unidentified third person that seemed to go by Omri.
I was the bald genderqueer person that goes by Itai.
💜
Was great meeting you dude 😎
Im omri, It was very fun to meet everyone
Hey there, followed :)
Was also the first time you met me in person... but that's OK. :-P
Possibly, but I only got the names, and had a conversation with the aforementioned three.

Great to see the steemit community growing in Israel!
This is awesome, the stronger our local steemit communities, the stronger steem is as a whole.
Cheers!
I'm curious what you think Israel is like :)
I have never been there, although I would like to visit it one day. As far as I know its a very advanced country in terms of technology and science. But, seeing the comment from @freakyfrog I now realize that my comment could be misunderstood. With places like Israel I mean places far away from my place, which is South America.
I see steemit growing almost in every continent, Nigeria is another place with a strong and very active community. All of this I think is good for the platform.
Yup, I figured it was likely just an odd figure of speech, that was likely just how you would phrase it in your native tongue.
Israel is a place that naturally adopts new technologies.
And yes, it's wonderful to see how global it is.
Oh, i'm sorry
Sorry, I didn't understand the mean, GM
What do you mean when you say "in place like israel"? Flagged
?? I mean no disrespect man I know Israel is a pretty advanced country, its just so far away from mine, I am from Venezuela and seeing a steemit community in Israel is something that I like. Israel is a country in the other side of the world compared to mine :). In fact, its my favorite country in the Middle East. Perhaps you were confused but its ok, next time I will be more clear.
Cheers!
I too love Israel
Save your flags. Ask first.
Pleasure meeting you all! Shamefully, I still haven't even written my first post on steemit. Perhaps this will be the motivation boost that I need!
Good for all of you ! I feel so upset that I missed the meeting....☹️
Don't worry, there will be more. I promise.
Thanks a lot ...:-)
This opening line is Epic!!!!
You guys look like you all had a blast!!!!
Haha looks like fun. I just recently found out theres one in Dublin. If its half as much fun as your one I'll have to head along :)
Drunk Irish steemians? Now I kinda wanna go with you. I have a weakness for Irish men.
Haha I believe theres a meetup over here soon so Ill report back on all the drunken Irish antics ;)
Photos. From you I expect photos.
Done!! I think it's the last weekend of this month so watch this space.
What do the weird letters in the end mean? 😁
I'm drunk and I had a lot of fun. Paraphrased, cause "לאללה" is some slang derived from Arab which sounds to me like it comes from the word God, but I have no real basis for this.
It's Hebrew for "I am drunk and had an awesome time".
You must have had a great time! Those meet-ups are amazing, they fill you with so much positive energy and excitement!
Totally did!
That's so right @ruth-girl
I have just one question. Did you make pretend and talked about Steem and shit for a while or did you start drinking immediately?
Eating, drinking and smoking weed. I did pretend and brought stickers for people to wear their account names. I should go sleep.
Sounds like a great night out to me :D
It was!!!
This is wonderful to see a payoff from your efforts. I remember talking to you about your goals for Israeli steemers a couple of months ago and it looks like you are on your way. The more real communities steemit can have - the better. I'm sure your future meetups will be even bigger if not better :)
Bigger and better and possibly with a life video feed. I only started organizing the community in October, and it looks like it's going pretty well. We're already talking about the next meetup.
Good for you. Hopefully it snowballs as people succeed. I got a few people this month including my son @bxlphabet. I had him set up an account a while ago but now he just finally started using it. Baby steps!
I had so much fun, we should do it more often 😄
Damn right we should!!! <3
Can't believe I wasn't there! I hope you at least had fun!
People kept asking where you were. And I waited. :(
I thought you saw what I wrote on Discord :(
We've been all waiting... in the dark... and in the blistering cold... waiting...
Nitzan looks totally wasted. And whoa, you got Roman there! I didn't expect him to make it. And certainly not his wild hair.
Glad to see you lot had fun, and sorry I didn't make it.
<3
I still am a bit wasted.. 😂😂😵
You should be. You missed ALL THE FUN. And yeah, I am always happy there's someone more wasted than I, and @nv21098 filled that role perfectly.
Aside from being super tired last night - slept 3.5 hours immediately after getting home, I was in a really bad mood. I wouldn't have been any fun being around.
I enjoyed meeting you all
can't get drunk from cola ziro ;-)
וואו נראה שהיה מדהים. מבטיח שאנסה להגיע במפגש הבא. יישר כח לכולם.
Absolutely awesome! I still remember our first polish meetup at SteeMEET Cracow. It's a completely amazing experience meeting people that you share your passions with and meet on the blockchain every day. I hope posts like these make more people get the courage to come out of their homes and meet other steemers!
Every meet up of steemit really impressed me to do hard working in the steemit. So I am inspired when I see any steemit meetup. Your photography was so excellant. Thank you for sharing this post with us.
Hello @techslut
Wow... I never knew such an amazing community exist in Israel. You guys look awesome and beautiful. Indeed steemit is conquering places. Let's preach the news endlessly...

Hi, Friend
@techslut
I enjoyed your post very well today. Because you have found very nice photography . For that Ithank you from mine bottom of heart. Your picture selections are very amazing.
Finally, I pray for your wonderful future.
Oh Israel my dream land, i would love to visit soon.
Kudos to you for putting smiles on their face and introducing them to this great platform.
It is my out most desires to do this in Nigeria (Edo state) to get over 5000 new members before the end of March.
It hasn't been easy with my low reputation and lack of support. I think its time we take steemit to each and every corners of the street.
This can only happen with you and I, I need those who will support this Project #Promo-steem-Auchi-Poly in any way, either by advice or financial assistance.
Steemit is taking over.
Much love from over here(Nigeria)
Steemit is everywhere these days. Truly Global.. Letting different people meet and inspiring us too :)
Congratulations and Greetings from Macedonia
Las fotos quedaron muy bien, me gustaron mucho. Saludos!!!
brave girl.. so many haters of Israel on steemit to match..
Yeah... that does suck. But we can take it.
כמה אנשים הגיעו בסוף?
לצערי לא יכולתי להגיע אבל אשתדל בפעם הבאה!
קצת יותר מעשרים לדעתי?
Hey @techslut happy to see you happy.

Hahahaha the drunk man caught my eyes. Looks fun.
Really cool meetup and nice photos! Looks like a great time. :)
I see myself in only one pic, but that's OK. I had a particularly surreal and stressful day, and was barely sociable till I had most of 2 happy-hour cocktails and some food in me... It was fun though!
woaaaah so nice, you didnot mention the steemit usernames but the pictures great indeed :)
