He is downvoting you to get at me...A true indication of the lack of character and quality of the person I'd say, attacking others to get at me. He downvoted a heap of people, yourself included, who commented on my posts out of spite and in an attempt I guess to dissuade them from commenting on me.
It's ok though, if you'd rather not comment on my posts out of fear of a 0.03 downvote I'll understand. All the best.

This user, (and his alt account, blacktones), don't leave anything to the imagination - The fact he felt it was a good idea to downvote people simply for commenting on my posts (many of them) says it all.
