Allah says:
"Verily! We have sent it (this Quran) down in the night of Al-Qadr (Decree)...
And what will make you know what the night of Al-Qadr (Decree) is?
The night of Al-Qadr (decree) is better than a thousand months!
Therein descend the angels and the Ruh (Jibrael) By Allah's Permission with all Decrees...
Peace! (All that nigt, there is peace and Goodness from Allah to His believing slaves until the appearance of dawn."

"Worship during the Night of Al-Qadr is equivalent to worship performed for a period of one thousand months...
"The angels descend in abundance during the Night of Al-Qadr due to its abundant blessings...
The angels descend with the descending of blessings and mercy, just as they descend when the Qur'an is recited..."
(Ref: Tafseer Ibn Kathir 97:1-5)
A life span of eighty years is viewed as a long life; yet, one is able to achieve a life time of worship in one night!!
O Allah, help us to remember You, to thank You and to worship You in the best of manners!
