Mindset of the people can't change without proper re-education which won't happen with the current corrupt puppet government that does nothing about boys getting sodomized by soldiers and powerful people (some of which are government officials).

In Afghanistan all men are considered terrorists unless they have proven their innocence to the intelligence agencies. That's basically 99.9% of the men.
