No, pretty much the whole afghan female population is brought in a way to always do as men say. After taking control of Afghanistan, US installed a puppet gov and emboldened warlords and corrupt politicians that agreed to be their puppets. Sodomizing of children is fairly common now in Afghanistan which was illegal during taliban rule.
A lot of other badshit like chaining people who are believed to have been taken over by jins, honor killing, rape of women by elders (when a women is thought to have violated her chastity, she will be taken to a local tribal court and then the tribal elders will rape the girl as punishment. Cause the current Afghan puppet government isn't seen as legitimate by many people and they fail to provide law and order to the public.
Afghans in many districts take their cases to Taliban courts rather the government cause there is a greater chance of justice in Taliban courts. It appears that, OP's propaganda article isn't really interested in the real problem.
